This building, which was originally a church, was purchased in 1998 by a private citizen and turned into a Goth style house with gargoyles, chains and blacked out windows adorning the façade. The sign posted on the building read “NOT A CHURCH GET OVER IT” and the site became known as the famous “Black Church.”
Now the building is a center of peace and unity for our city through Healing Rooms, Prayer Meetings, Healing School, Young Adult “Uprising” Meetings and Outpouring Miracle Services. These meetings minister healing & deliverance to the sick, oppressed and afflicted and bring the love of Jesus to our community.
